When I got there, my tv remote did not work, after getting a replacement from the front desk it still didn’t work. Maintenance wound up coming to the room, and could not fix it. He placed multiple calls to get it working. He did everything he could, but it took him over 2 hours to fix it. The issue wound up being the player on the back of the tv was not hooked up correctly.
Then when I was checking out, I told the front desk I needed a receipt to provide to my company since I was using a company card, and he told me I had to go through Hotels.com to get my receipt. I do not see anywhere in the Hotels.com app, or on this website any way for my to get a receipt for this stay. Please send me an electronic copy of my receipt.
