Pool and Hot Tub were closed, and appeared to have been closed for some time for maintenance. This was not mentioned when booking through Expedia. Dead bugs on room floor when we arrived.

Very disappointed the pool was not up and functioning. Th Expedia website stated it had an indoor poor and hot tub which was the only reason I booked it. Also our room was so so hot even with the ac. Didn’t sleep well due to the pillow situation- no support- needed to get the throw pillow for support-they definitely need some new ones. The ac came on every 5 minutes and stayed on for 2. Kept waking us up. I usually love this chain but had I known about the pool-I would have booked somewhere else. The safety favor was spot on. No worries there. Very clean and up to date with the exception of the pillows. Planning a stay here-bring your own pillows unless you just like the fluff.

Front desk staff was nice. Hotel is disaster. Pool and spa closed. No hot water in first room. Second room the tub wouldn’t drain and the toilet ran continuously. Called the manager who didn’t respond. Front desk said he’d be back Monday.
