Very easy to book and find. Some lights did not work in the room but the room was basically very comfortable.

We had 3 rooms booked. In room 203 the bed against the wall closest to the bathroom had bedbugs. There were no towels in our rooms. We had to ask for them and the staff on duty handed me the floor towels. I had to tell him I needed different towels.

A disappointment

The front desk night attendant was wonderful. She understood my concerns. She even helped me move to another room. The first room wasn’t clean. The bedding and Towels were stained. I forgot to take a picture of the light fixture. There wasn’t even the compartment that holds the light wires. The wires were hanging out. The pillows smelled like someone had been sleeping on them. The tub was clogged, Only 2 lamps worked. The microwave was filthy. The toilet seat was real loose. I got moved to another room. I didn’t check the towels until morning because I brought my own towels. Those towels was real stained. But overall that room was okay. I was so exhausted I just didn’t feel like going anywhere else. I choose Days Inn of Greenville MS because I just knew they was gonna be good. I don’t know they need to do something about their laundry service and house keeping. I want my refund back as well. Now some of the towels you might not see the stains on the pictures but they are there. I couldn’t upload all the pictures I took.

The running water was brown, felt I could have been cleaner taking a bath in a pond. Rust on every light fixture in the room. Beds looked as if they were just made not washed. No shower curtain. Honestly it feels like the place was shut down for bankruptcy and someone bought it and said hey let’s turn on the power and pretend it’s been open!! Spend an extra 40 bucks get a room somewhere else!! You will thank me!!!
