The Hotel is an older building, but it has much charm and the room does not show its age and was very clean. This was an unforgettable time for me and my granddaughter for a delightful getaway. We had so much fun. We enjoyed much time at the hotel and were also minutes away from Idlewild. The town is a wonderful all American town with a step back in time feel. Being an older hotel, the pool was very large. We spent much time swimming and playing at the pool. The breakfast host was amazing and the breakfast selections satisfying. We will be back next summer!

We’ve stayed at this property a number of times over the past 10 years. Each time we’ve stayed, the property seems like it’s less well maintained. It seems like they’re fixing the critical problems, but general maintenance is not happening. Chairs are in poor condition, and the overall feel is a degrading property. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Ft Ligonier Days are coming and I’m sure they wanted to spruce up for those. There was a water issue. A lot of hammering. Staff was great! Very quiet which I totally loved.

I booked 2 rooms with 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa bed, because I had 5 people for each room. But what I got was 2 rooms with 2 queen beds and no sofa bed pull out. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

Property was clean and staff was helpful and personable. Hotel is in a great location to the diamond in Ligonier - we were able to leave our car in the hotel parking lot through most of our stay and simply walk to the shops and restaurants nearby. Only issue was that the interior handle of the hotel's back door was hanging on by a single screw - one hard pull and someone would be able to enter the hotel without a key card, which is a security concern. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay for a good price.

OLD HOTEL WITH FAULTY PLUMBING
Toilet in room had an intermittent water filling every minute or 2. Asked at front desk to fix it, as there was no reason for this to happen from my look at toilet. Hotel owner told me to hold the handle slightly depressed and it would stop! Hold the handle all night long? So that toilet ran like that for three days. Never fixed, and front desk agent just smiled when I complained at checkout. OLD HOTEL WITH FAULTY PLUMBING
