We having been staying at this hotel for years when we go to Seven Springs and Hidden Valley skiing. Hotel is clean, cute rustic country lobby, clean pool and hot tub, and free continental breakfast.

Excellent, family friendly hotel for nearby skiing. Feels like you're at a ski lodge! Very clean, spacious rooms and the pool and hottub are open until 10:30pm. Great breakfast. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Incompetence of staff was overwhelming. I booked the hotel for 6 days and due to work constraints had to leave two days earlier. Staff told me that they will not return two remaining days since I’m leaving early. They stated that this is Expedia requirements. I reached out to Expedia and had no issues with them, they stated “we hear it first time”. Expedia was able to get my money back by calling facility and dealing with them. 5 stars to Expedia staff and 2 for facility front desk.
