Breakfast was outstanding. Hot buffet had eggs bacon sausage roasted potatoes grits muffins coffee juices fruit cold cereals. Had connecting rooms which we needed, bathtub which I wanted, cell phone charging devices in several places. Loved the lotion, goat milk soap and shampoo I could still take. Loved the “Wolfgang Puck”coffee you could take with you. Only draw back was mattress was uncomfortable for my back and our bathroom sink did not drain. My connecting room was perfect for my 85 year old Mother in law. Very clean establishment! Very happy over all.

The employees were very nice and helpful. The state of the hotel...needs a lot of work. When we booked in February they said the pool should be completed by August. By the state of it, looks like the worked for a day and quit. This place needs new carpeting everywhere, paint, etc. I would invest in a new towels. Very small and we even received ones that were still dirty.

I have stayed in this hotel a few times and I like it very much. Great location, the rooms are good and clean. The only thing I do recommend is that they update the bathrooms a bit more but other than that it's great for either a night or for a few days.

When I called in, I was told we would be a 5 minute walk to the Greensboro Coliseum and it wasn’t. The ironing board was broken in our room 207. We were not informed prior to checking in about being charged a $50.00 deposit and it taking a 5-10 day refund period. The breakfast was good but if you have people in the room eating the staff shouldn’t be in there taking down the food unless they ask the guest if they are finished. There were 5 guests eating when they started to break down the breakfast area. The alarm clock was set to go off in our room at 6:00 am. It was a clock that could not be changed so I had to unplug it and our air conditioner unit was set on a timer as well and went off in the middle of the night. If the guest doesn’t request to leave early these should not be set in a room. We were not leaving until after 10:00 am. With this happening we will look elsewhere for our next stay in Greensboro.

Quick over night visit to take care of my son having outpatient surgery. Staff was extremely nice in letting us borrow a wheelchair and even offered to move our room instead of being on the 3rd floor. Hotel was quiet and our room was quite comfortable. You can tell they are remodeling but when all completed looks like it will be wonderful.
