Customer service team provided me with incorrect information which shows lack of training on, which falls back on the general manager. I was told that I could receive a refund due the multiple situations including inconvenience and multiple disturbances including evacuation of the building. I finally got in contact with the general manager after being told he would be out for a couple of days on the 4th and no returned calls until today 11th I called back just for him to decline the approval of refund in which I had received by multiple people. Communication is horrible. He does not return calls for customer related instances. He also has a nasty attitude.
