The staff at the front desk were very polite and helpful. The actual hotel though was dirty and needed some repairs. The elevator had clearly not been vacuumed in a long time. The hallways smelled of smoke even though this is a non-smoking facility. Our room wasn't terrible except that the trash bag in the bathroom had not been changed, only dumped. We knew this because there was a used band-aid stuck in the bag. The bathroom door was falling apart on the bottom. I would say about a foot of it from the bottom was totally disintegrating from what looked like maybe water damage. Also, I understand you only get two pillows, however a king size bed I think should maybe have two more considering they are the smallest, cheapest pillows you can ever find. Overall, we were not too satisfied.

I requested an accessible room. The shower's floor had a crack on it and was not well constructed; all the water from the shower spilled over to the bathroom floor. The bathroom had no place to put your toiletries. There was a sound of dripping water on the floor of us that kept going all the time. When I informed the front desk personnel about it, they said they can't do anything. So what was supposed to be a place to rest and get comfortable for a handicapped person, turned out to be completely the opposite. Moreover, their breakfast was very basic: waffles and cereal. They didn't even have toast. Not a good value for the money. Baymont Inn proved to be much a better place.

The first room I received had very bad smell and the next one was better. Pillows were the size of cushion. I could sleep well fir three days.

They said that they would send me a reminder on the day before or the day of but didn't, and I was out $95 and had to find other accommodations for my business night, which was a really big pain in bottom.

DO NOT STAY HERE

They rushed me off from my stay and they had no HOT WATER FOR DAYYYSSS!!!! They only have a $25 off for ONE of those many days I had to take cold showers. Then tbe they stopped me from msking reservations. I was not a bad customer at all and made my payments. I will be seeking a refund. will be reporting to the city for selling a service in the hotel industry without hot water
