It had a nice set up. Overall room was clean. The pull out couch didn’t have any sheets/blankets. The staff was polite and attentive. The place was very well used. Holes in the doors. Cabinet doors barely hanging on. The room had seen its better days.

The room smelled bad. The mattress on the sleeper sofa was dirty and stunk. The bathroom was moldy and dirty. Our phone in the room did not work so had to go to office to get assistance. They never came to take care of anything and we had to go get towels and wash cloths. We checked in with 5 people and had 2 towels. Will NEVER stay there again and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Filthy, broken and outdated
Where do I begin? This hotel was very large and had comfortable beds. That is the extent of positives. The condition of the room was awful. I'm so disappointed how filthy and run down it was. Our room had fruit flies (bad!!), no carbon dioxide detector, a very old smoke detector (well over 10 years old), the refrigerator's seal was broken and was leaking. The bathroom sink was missing the stopper and the faucet was dropping the entire time. The shower was mislabeled (hot was actually cold, and visa versa). The carpet felt moist, outlets were not fully connected to the wall and were a hazard for small children. Missing artwork on the walls with no effort to fix the holes or replace the art. And the closet door was off the track and would not close properly. Overall, it was just super gross and run down. Would not recommend, and would never stay again.

I was disgusted when I pulled the murphy bed down, and to my surprise, there were clothes in the bed.. Not my clothes!!! Clothes from a previous stay. That means the room wasn't cleaned or thoroughly check. My guests and I were very disappointed!!!

There was a strong urine smell in the area where the bathroom wash basin was. There was a sticky substance all over the top of thd bedside stand and the lamp controls. We had to wash it and wipe it down. There was also a hornet in the room.
