The staff I interacted with were great. Friendly and profession. My room was clean and comfortable. The rooms could use some updating and courtyard needs some help. In my daughters room which overlooked a very nice pool the light fixture and window ledges have not been cleaned in ages. I would stay here again!!!

Our room had bugs. The facility is old and outdated. Checkin was easy and staff was helpful. There was puke on the ground when we checked in around 8 and still there the next morning.

MAKE SURE THE ROOF IS COMPLETED

IMAGINE BEING WOKE UP AT 6:30 AM TO THE SOUND OF ROOFERS WORKING ON THE ROOF. NO WARNING OR NOTICE. COULDNT TAKE THE NOISE ANY MORE. CHECKED OUT AT 9:30AM. ASKED FOR A VOUCHER FOR ANOTHER STAY. I WAS TOLD THE MANAGER WASNT ON SITE. SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME. NO ONE DID. I TRIED TO CALL AND THE PERSON KEPT HANGING UP ON ME. ROUGH HOTEL, THE GUY WHO CHECKED ME IN LOOKED LIKE HE WAS DRUGGED OUT. NO TEETH, AND LOOKED LIKE HE HADNT BATHED IN MONTHS. THE BREAKFAST IS SUGAR CEREAL. THE COFFEE TASTES LIKE VODKA AND THE PEOPLE THAT STAY THERE ARE BORDERLINE HOBOS. THE OVER NIGHT GIRL WAS A SWEETHEART AND THE ROOM WAS CLEAN

This hotel was very dirty. There was vomit outside of the door, as well as homeless people all around the property. The rooms (we had two) looked like they hadn't been cleaned in some time. We were supposed to be there for three nights, but checked out after only one. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The pictures posted online are NOTHING like what it actually looks like

We had no service in our room, even when we informed the front desk of our requests. The desk missed three consecutive wake up calls to our room. The free breakfast was inconsequential, the waffle iron, when it worked, was ok, but the wait was to long. A better breakfast, other than cereal and apples would be nice.

Troubled stay. Problems with power to the TV, Fridge, Coffee. In attempting to remedy these the staff deleted our stay from the system (thinking they would reenter to a different room) and as we later found out, re-entered it with an earlier departure. The power issues were remedied. Then due to the flawed reservation entry mentioned above, they told us we would have to leave a day early. The staff were able to comprehend what had happened once I showed them my original reservation so our departure date was corrected. Worth notine: the room had no outdoor window, just one into the indoor pool area. The facility is quite near the tracks, so...train noise. Child sized toilet is a non-starter for us going forward.

Disappointed

We arrived and were charged for an upgraded room that we did not receive. I believe they gave our room to another client as we were a late check in. Disappointed in how handled or should I say lack of handling. Would not recommend, desk clerk says this happens all the time with third party reservations. Here is our view from King poolside. The rooms were clean. They really should enforce pet clean up.

Don't stay here !!!

Our room was not very clean. The receptionist did not return my ID and I needed it at dinner. The mirror in the room was broken, a lamp was not working and another lamp was missing a light bulb. The microwave was unplugged and we had to try and plug it in a very tight space. But on the bright side we had toilet paper.

Stay here. It's awesome!

We stayed 3 nights there in Greeley and the customer service was over the top! Comfy beds, nice pool and roomy breakfast area too! Kids had a blast! Was the first stress free hotel stay for our family and a great value!

The pool was great. Staff is friendly. Room #230, is in need of several maintenance repairs. Some are unsafe. Some are OSHA violations. The front driveway and parking lot have too many pot holes. I did share my concerns with the General Manager on site. She said she would be working on them.
