Great staff, breakfast options, wonderful coffee in the lobby and offer of hot water and cold water as well. Looks like hotel is undergoing some renovations which it appears to be in need of. Our shower curtain was held by the vinyl wallpaper only, there was no security chain on our door, but our room was nice and big, good sized mini fridge and lots of tv channels to watch.

The room was fine we had a deluxe king...it seemed like maybe it was not finished being renovated yet as it was missing pictures on the wall, weird empty spaces. But im not complaining as the price was right, free breakfeast and a pool...although the pool was on the cold side....lots of Alberta plates in the parkinglot so being from Alberta i felt comfortable and safe.

The hotel is perfectly adequate and the beds are really comfortable. Sure, it’s a little dated and a little run down but it’s perfect for an overnight stay and very comfortable. The pool was a little cold but not too cold for my two year old. Breakfast was good, just an average continental. Our first room had carpet which was clearly torn up by a dog and it was missing a security latch but they happily moved our room and that one was in great condition. Overall a good stay at an inexpensive hotel.

This is a great bargain right in the middle of downtown Great Falls hard to beat the deals on Expedia. I stayed here for three nights for 140 bucks with breakfast included. And within six blocks of everywhere I needed to go!

Had a couple problems early on. The bathroom light was the vanity light around the mirror with no other possible light source in the room and the light would flash on and off rapidly instead of steady on. Staff replaced it the first day but it happened again on the second day. After leaving it off then turning on we left it on for fear it would happen again and I didn't want to have to shower in the dark. Speaking of the bathroom, we chose a deluxe room for added soace and convenience but the bathroom was so small you had to stand on either side of the toilet to close the door. The shower was nice but again very small quarters. Would not be commenting if we didn't pay for the deluxe room. The bed was the inly thing I would classify as an upgrade other than also having a sofa bed in the room. I am accustomed to a deluxe room having more spacious appointments through out. The staff was wonderful for the most part and are the best asset for this property. The parking lot is too small for when they sell out. Invariablysomeone parks taking more than one space. And the add to the problem dur to the hunting season there were a number of hunters from out of town with large trucks that made it almost unnavigable through the parking lot

This property has seen better days.it appears that facility maintenance and upgrades are not a priority. Damage is internal and external. The neighborhood is a high crime area, with little to no security cameras. Parking lot was consistently occupied by foot traffic looking for cigarette butts or the occasional unlocked car. Staff are clearly not in love with their jobs based on the minimum interaction they gave to guests. Recommend spend10 more a night and staying elsewhere.
