Property was clean and staff were friendly. Could have had a little more than waffles and oatmeal for hot choices but coffee was great! We had the back corner unit by the doors so a little noisy with guests congregating. Overall a pretty good experience.

The beds are very comfortable. Basic breakfast. Tub did not drain while showering and the shower head needs to be changed. Made the booking on Expedia and picked the king bed room but when I checked in they said no pets allowed in those rooms so they gave me a room with two queens. Did not offer a refund for the difference of rooms and when I mentioned it the lady was a bit sharp and said the booking was already final and she couldn’t make price adjustments. It was late and I didn’t want a battle so I just said that was fine.

Personal approach is very important and I got it when I checked in. I don’t remember the name of the lady who helped me but I got very good, warm and non-fake impression of her helping me happily, with positive attitude and genuine interest. That made my day. Cleanliness, quietness, breakfast in the hotel are as expected and were excellent for me as a single tourist on my way from business trip. I will stay again.
