Loved the breakfast, the price and the front desk associates. Inside the room was nice, hallways and lobby worn. Outside more rundown than expected. But good value for the money!

Our toilet was clogged and flooded. Maintenance plunged it and wiped the floor up with towels but never had anyone clean it after the toilet flooded it. Then said it would need further maintenance and would be done during the day. That night, toilet still plugged and when we called the front desk the employee was going off duty in a few mins and couldn't deal with it but would pass it on. As my family needed to use the bathroom, my husband again went down to the front desk requesting another room. It was 10 pm and another room needed cleaned before we could move. Website advertises access to a gym and the gym was shut down a few months ago. Overall very dissatisfied with our stay.

Unclean wall paper falling off bed felt like it would fall apart out side was under construction on one side pool was very gross and the bathroom was grimmy like has never been washed right.

I liked that it was close to shopping sibce we stayed during the first day of Christmas shopping! What i didnt like was the rude front desk clerk.

Booked a room for my elderly grandmother to stay while she was transitioning from her house to an assisted living facility. There was construction happening near her room and they left extension cords across the walkways that were a tripping hazard. They kept the doors open to the indoor pool area in the middle of December letting the cold wind blow in with people trying to enjoy the pool. The lights were flickering in her bathroom. There was hair on the bed sheets when the blanket was pulled back indicating they didn’t switch out the sheets before she arrived. The staff seemed put out that they had to change her bedding daily because she’s a senior and had some incontinence. When the manager was made aware of these concerns, she said it should’ve been brought to her attention even though her staff was made aware of them. Would not recommend if you have senior citizens in your stay.

After having to switch rooms 3 yes 3 times cause there was black dog hair all over the bed in room one and black human hair in the sheets on room 2. I was too tired to complain about the mildew smell in room 3 with the broken blow drier. I’ll never be back and I’m in Greatfalls once a month. This place is disgusting.
