Firstly we arrived late due being at event close by, we was told we coould only have soft drinks due to it being 23:00 which was fine so we got them from the bar and took a seat while.we ordered food to.be delivered as was told we couldnt get any food as it was to late. On e we pointed out it stated 24/7 food availabe a pizza was made for us but when is arrived it was wrapped in cling film and told if we wanted to eaf it we had to take it to our room, which i wasnt impressed with, we got to our room for out key not.to work so we had to return to reception for them to re program our key. Eventually got in the room which looked ok but them founf the matteress was full of stains which really didnt look nice. My partner had ordered a takeaway as we aas told we couldnt have food first off he was then told he couldnt wait inside he had to wait outside for the food and aas not allowed to stand inside,it was a cold night and couldnt quiet understand what difference that made, i found the lady on reception quiet rude and wasnt willing to listen to what anyone was trying to say.

I stayed for a weekend during a 72 hour call out shift. It was nice peaceful and quiet. Allowing me to completely relax when I wasn't on site.. Highly recommended to family and work friends and will be staying again next weekend for the same shift routine..
