My room all night all i heard was the ice machine i kept getting woke up from it. My door had some kind if drink splatter all over it, it looked like either coffee or pop i ended up having to clean it myself. I didnt check in till after 9 pm. This was the loudest hotel i have ever heard. Im on 4 hours of sleep from the ice machine. Im so glad im home

I accidently booked a pet-friendly room. It seemed kind of bare as far as furnishings. It was clean. We eere on the first floor and it sounded like a herd of elephants above us for all four days we were there. The breakfast was substandard not nearly as good as Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn. After just one morning with their breakfast we opted to go to restaurants for breakfast during the rest of our stay.

This is a nice, basic hotel that suited the needs of my son and I for a value priced hotel for a night in northern Michigan. Not many frills, and an older property, but a decent breakfast and very friendly staff. The location is in a safe area and in a great location next to I-75 and lots of food options.

Mattress support appears to be made of sheet metal. The mattress slides very easily on it & the metal has very sharp edges. My husband cut his leg setting on the side of the bed, it was reported to the front desk.

We had a very late check in at 3/00am and room was held for us. Also we were allowed a late check out so we could get some sleep. That was very accommodating of the staff. Hotel was quiet and clean for our short stay.
