Pretty location, but the hotel was not a great experience. From the outside the location looks very worn, but the room itself was ok. They did not provide enough hand soap, tissues, or toilet paper. Didn’t not even offer bottles of water. Staff was not friendly and seemed bothered if you asked them questions. There was a breakfast offered, but food available was a small selection.

Ok stay but book directly through hotel
The hotel was clean. Dated but they did a good job with what they could do updating it. The bed was comfortable. It did sag a little bit in the middle, but it didn’t affect our sleep. We could hear the people next to us as if they were in the same room when they talked, but that didn’t disturb us at night. The only part that was difficult was dealing with Hotels.com. It was nonrefundable at this hotel. So buying insurance didn’t do us any good. We had to cancel first then try to get it back. Slim chance of that happening. We couldn’t even switch from a king to two queen beds since we booked through Hotels.com. Then we get our bill from the hotel and it was $80 less than what Hotels.com charged us. We called and the rep from Hotels.com said it’s the price they charged us at the time we made the booking and that’s what we had to pay even though the price went down. No refund no credit. I will never go through Hotels.com again to book a room. They obviously don’t give you the best price available. We will go directly to the hotel to book from now on.

Decent for a one night stay and it was $30+ cheaper than other options. Room was clean. This is a motel. Bed was not comfortable; Felt like it needed to be replaced. Also hairdryer didn’t work in the room.

Worst Best Western Hotel I’ve ever stayed at
I will never stay at this best Western Hotel again. I was here on a business trip for two days. I reserved a 2 stay. Checking in on a Saturday checking out on Monday. After the first night, I called the receptionist and asked if they could come in and tidy up the room and bring new towels. They told me I can come get the towels, but they couldn’t clean the room because they do it every other day. I’m like do y’all like charge every other day? So yeah, the receptionist was very rude, when you come up to the desk she’s basically on her phone and won’t even look up to greet you.

The African American front desk receptionist both mornings was very helpful and pleasant! However the white gentleman and lady the evening of Saturday was not helpful when we requested extra blankets, for almost $400 a night we expected better service and housekeeping didn’t come at all.
