You know everyone has pets, unfortunately some don’t pick up after their dog. Property otherwise seemed clean. This is an old property but overall pretty good. After discussing the issues with the front desk we did get a 30% discount.

I was very pleased with our room. It was double the size of a standard hotel room at a reasonable price. I stayed in a 2 queen room that had a spacious living area as well. The room was also clean and well stocked.

Overpriced.

Broken sink stopper...had to climb under sink to release stopper. Toilet didn't flush properly and finally plugged in the morning. The toilet in the Lobby was out of order so we had to go to the gas station next door. The WiFi was so weak that each keystroke took several seconds to process. Overall not a very good value for a $160.00 room! Breakfast was very good.

Shower head coming out of wall. Thin walls, could hear everything. Toilet backed up. Breakfast was awful. Tasted like cardboard toast. Eggs were old. Found piece of plastic in eggs. Just a disgusting place.

The room was fine, but with the new vinyl flooring the room felt cold & unwelcoming. The bathroom was small. The complimentary breakfast was very mediocre. Terrible coffee. I couldn’t even finish drinking it. The staff wasn’t friendly either.

Worst hotel ever! I paid over $xxx for the night… TV was broken, couldn’t call the front desk because the phones were broke. Room was dirty and the bed so broken down, I spent the night in the chair with my gun on my chest, just incase the dozens of scary people outside my door came through it! I’m sure theses people were up to no good and dealing drugs. I would even call this a hotel. It’s a dump😳

A good place for an overnight

The room was comfortable. Modern furniture and floor - hard laminate rather than carpet - always a plus for cleanliness. it had a real shower stall, rather than a tub shower. Also an improvement. Conveniently located right off I-40. The breakfast was substantial as well.

After a long day on the road, we chose this property and after check in realized that a compressor fan was making a howling noise that could be heard throughout the entire sleeping area (the lobby and the rooms are not connected). We spoke to another guest who said it had been like that for a couple hours. Then a smoke alarm starting chirping. The desk person said she did call maintenance, offered another room, but their was no escaping the noise. We never touched anything in the room, we just checked right back out. Best Western did NOTHING to offer a refund, although Hotels.com tried. The property is old with a fresh coat of paint but lacking in maintenance and clearly doesn't care about their potential customers. We went across the street to HI express and had a great stay. I'll never stay with BW again and lessons learned about taking the non-refundable option.
