I stayed in a king suite. The cleanliness of the bathroom was poor, the walls were dirty, shower doors weren’t wiped properly. The air vents / filters must have been dirty as there was black markings on the ceiling coming from the vents. The hotel says that the rooms are soundproof, this is not accurate. We can hear very easily in the hall ways, I was able to communicate with the housekeeper through the door. Do not stay here if you are paying full price, it’s definitely not worth the price point

Had a bad experience staying here our first night, there was a dog barking in the room bext to us informed the front desck after an hour and a half, dog proceded to bark for another hour and a half went to front desck and they argued with me there was no dog up there until i walked up there and stood next to the door and waited for dog to bark, moved us to a bew room finally then all we could smell was weed smoke

Date night. Nice lounge and the spa is always excellent. Ine recommendation is nee mattresses, the one we had was soft and had a dio on the middle.. my husband and i kept falling into the middle , but i am not bothered by THAT ;)
