The biggest thing for me was the lack inn choice of pillows. They were all very round and stuffed. I prefer a flatter pillow. It would be nice to have a choice. My neck was kinked this morning. The other thing was that my room had a smell of something cooking. It wasn’t bad but it did have a smell
