Very clean hotel with great services like the 24hr gym, great snack selection, and a nice breakfast. The staff was wonderful and so kind. The room was very nice especially for a good price. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was short but sweet. Hannah at the front desk was one of the best parts of our trip. She was so friendly, and patient when I was asking questions about our different reservation numbers. We were so thankful she was a part of our stay! One negative I would include; we were visiting during the same time as a group of teenage baseball teams. They were obnoxious. Running down the hallways and in the lobby all hours of the day. We had to switch rooms as the guests above us were stomping around at midnight and again at 5am and woke our entire family up. I think in the future when sports teams stay, they should chaperone’s on each floor patrolling the running, and the hotel should really enforce the quiet hours. Just to be clear Hannah was a day time employee and would not have known about the obnoxious baseball team. The night crew did not seem to want to have any part in enforcing anything.

Great clean place, great staff. I checked in 24 minutes early , they charged me $25 for early check in. I checked out 3 hours early with no refund . Usually if the rooms are ready it’s a courtesy. That’s why only 3 stars

We stayed the whole week at Tru by Hilton and were very happy with our accommodations. Friendly staff, spacious room, convenient location. The lobby and patio areas are huge and gave us space to hang out in the evenings.
