Called ahead of time and was never told a boiler problem. Not coming back …but it’s not the workers I get the feeling it’s upper management. If you have a problem the folks there will do what they can. But I did not blindly book the hotel I booked it after calling . Not coming back

The room was nice, but the breakfast was terrible. There was something wrong with the waffle mix. It had a sour taste, and could not be eaten. Others also had the same experience around us. Additionally, my children wanted cereal m, filled their bowls, but then were told there’s no milk available. Surely this place can do a better job.

Location was convenient. Home was at 43' upon entering. When departing was asked to leave home at 78' and to load non existing dishwasher. Auto emails should be changed based on season and property. Steps were iced over. We had only one fall, luckily. Accomodations for 12, but only 9 towels available and 1 in kitchen. We were told barstools were damaged in previous stay, but were never replaced. Luckily family in the area brought towels, folding table and chairs to accomodate group. The house served its purpose for the short stay.

Stayed here couple weeks ago had to switch rooms. This visit was much better! Shower was small but had a jacuzzi tub in the room and that was awesome! The bed was very comfortable and evening was quiet and I was thrilled with my stay.

Property and surrounding area is safe and was fine for an overnight visit to see my kid at GVSU. Check in was easy and quick as was checkout. Room was nice and clean except for dusty in the corners like it needed a deep clean, nothing that was unacceptable. There weren't many other guests during my stay but be aware that if there is someone staying in the room above you, you will hear every move they make. Breakfast was very basic but good for a quick bite. Lots of other food options nearby too. Definitely would stay again. Very convenient to GVSU.
