Very nice rooms, I stayed in a corner suite and loved the view. It was really convenient to VanAndle arena. Excellent breakfast and the desk attendant was very helpful despite being exceptionally busy.

Room was fantastic and staff were very kind and helpful. Easy walk to the arena and a lot of good restaurants onsite and near site. There was a lot going on the weekend we were there so hotel parking was a little tough.

No ice for drinks
Its a nice place but if you would like to have ice youll have to bring your own ice they only handout a zip lock bag of ice they dont have ice machines. the ice maker in room dont make ice that fast i was told from the front deck.

Location is ideal if doing anything downtown Grand Rapids. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room. Front Desk staff and breakfast attendant were all friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this property

At first looked very nice and fancy but there was no free parking. Also the pillows had chunks of hair on them and the bed was soild rock almost. Wanted to enjoy this hotel but it wasn't the greatest.

It was a beautiful room with a great view of the city. It is walking distance from the arena and art museum. The people working in the front counter and the breakfast area are very nice and helpfull. $33 a night to park in there ramp is a bit much.
