When we checked in they didn’t have a room with 2 queen beds available as we booked so they gave us a room with 1 bed and 1 pull out so one couple had to sleep on a pull out vs an actual bed.
Our stay coincided with a huge sporting event and the hotel was booked with teams/players. It felt like the hotel was not prepared for this level of business. Room wasn't fully cleaned, breakfast service was wiped out, and the poor staff were struggling to keep up. The poor woman checking us in was scurrying around cleaning up after guests spilling coolers etc all over the lobby. I would expect management to prepare better knowing these bookings were probably made well in advance.
I cannot say enough good things about the Manager. We were staying there due to a storm that knocked out our power. We were told we would not have power for 3 days so I booked for 3 days. When we found out we had power, the manager cancelled the last night without issue. So thankful for her!

I really love this hotel, we stayed here for the 4 th and there was a really big party in the common area and it was LOUD. Once I got to room I couldn’t hear anything so that was good and I requested a bottom floor and got it. The complementary breakfast was very good.
