Nice area, right by a plaza with a Target. Clean rooms. Only complaint is that sleeping at night was not good. Could hear everything in rooms around us, but also the appliances were constantly making noises (shower head dribbling, fridge ticking, etc.). Made it very difficult to get a good night sleep and is the reason I may not return if I have other options.

My wife and I had a great two day stay there. The room was clean and the service was fantastic. I liked the nice little touch with text messages during the stay and asking how we were doing too.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and quick. The doors have too much of a gap, so much sound and noise from thw halls. Breakfast is very basic

Nice hotel
The rate was very reasonable, the location was great. The service was friendly and prompt. The breakfast was good. The only issue was that there were quite a few small ants in the room -- in the bathroom, in the kitchen area and even on the table near the sofa.

Our shower had not been cleaned thoroughly (old bar of soap and footprints still present), so we advised the associate (possibly the owner) who performed our check in and she immediately took care of it and even called to confirm everything was satisfactory. The room above us was quite noisy late at night and early morning, but didn't warrant a complaint because they did seem to limit their romping activity from midnight to 7am. Everything else was pleasant with our visit. We would suggest bringing your own pillows unless you like ones that are flat.

Home2 Suites by Hilton in Grand Rapids is a solid choice for travelers seeking a safe, quiet, and convenient place to stay. The excellent breakfast options and helpful staff enhance the experience, making it a welcoming place. However, I hope the management considers reserving the upfront parking spaces for guests in the future to improve convenience. Despite this minor issue, I would still recommend this hotel and would likely return for another stay.
