Very nice Hotel, excellent location, very friendly staff, room very clean, nice view from N side 6th floor. You need to add toothpaste to the rooms, the bottle's of everything was great BUT I forgot my toothpaste at home and none in the Room like they use to leave 😔

Overall great property and very clean. They offer rental bikes for free and the staff is super friendly. Only downside was the restaurant downstairs. Food quality was not great and my chicken wasn’t fully cooked.

This was a very nice hotel stay
I was in town for a wedding, and my friends all stayed at other hotels in the area. They all ended up being jealous that my room was clean, quiet, and comfortable (because theirs were not). Staff was very friendly, and the restaurant was pretty good. Plus on-site parking was a bonus. The G.R. Ford museum was right across the street, and the Grand Rapids Public Museum was across from the parking lot. Very close to downtown as well!
