There was a dog in the room next to ours and it was left in room by itself and barked for an hour straight. Couldnt fall asleep had to call the front desk 2 times. People who bring their pets shouldnt be roomed next to people that do not have pets with them. Its just common sense.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel itself was amazing! We usually stay at a different hotel for our tournaments, but glad we chose this one this time! We will be back when we are in the Grand Rapids area.

Check in was excellent. The staff was knowledgeable. The room itself was very clean. The bathroom wad very clean and stocked with towels and washcloths. Over all this was a very excellent experience. My granddaughters had an awesome time in the pool. Very clean. Had enough towels for the guests to use.
