Hotel is tucked away in a dark area with just other hotels around, doesn’t feel very safe. Checked in & didn’t want a room by the elevator so we didn’t have to deal with the noise, second room was the last down a hall next to the exit on the first floor (already didn’t feel safe so not staying in that room) third room seemed fine until I pulled the sheets down and you could clearly tell someone had slept there and it smelled dirty, fourth and final room bcuz it was midnight at this point and the bed was definitely clean except for one of the pillows & the phone had something sticky all over the part that you talk in to. Got some snacks from the front desk area and one of them had expired July of 2024, it’s Oct 2024…… Definitely not staying at this location again, which is sad bcuz we chose it bcuz we have stayed in many Holiday Inns and haven't had any issues, we thought it was a good safe choice but apparently not.

I was told the property is 4 years old…looked brand new!! So bright, contemporary, beautiful! And the breakfast was among the best free food included breakfasts I’ve had. Excellent friendly shuttle driver to airport too. All-around great! Will remember this hotel for next stay.

Oddly enough, I loved the bed linens! I did think the public areas of the property could have been cleaner, but my room was clean and comfortable. The area is close to shopping/dining, and the staff were nice.

My blinds fell down on me and I had to track the desk person to tell him and then he was blaming me and saying they were remote. Im not stupid, they had a chain on them. Then he said he would send somebody at 11pm and they never showed up. So here we are no blinds for privacy. Not happy about that. Also the room has a short in it. I told the desk rep all about it. I hope the blunds get fixed. And don’t hurt anyone.
