The check in was confusing. The lobby is on the 3rd fl and noone was at the desk and no sign or bell. The person Brent was very helpful and contrite which helped make my check-in process tolerable.

It was a very clean and quit hotel. It was weird when were we trying to figure out how to check in. You habe to enter the parking structure and go up to the 3rd floor. All pf the staff were very nice.

FYI. The hotel is built on top of a 2 level parking garage. You have to pull into the parking garage and take the elevator to the 3rd floor to get to the hotel lobby. Rooms were clean and breakfast was great.
