They doubled booked our room, had us enter with some dude sleeping in the bed already. Had no answers while we waited over an hour just to get in a room. Room smelled like smoke. They promised compensation but a "manager" never seemed to be on duty

I really wish there was an adults only time for the hot tub! We really wanted to use it and never did, as it was full of rambunctious kids during our whole 2 day stay :( Food at both breakfast and the kickback was cold, biscuit was very hard. Maybe come up with a way to serve without tons of people using the same spoons that are probably full of germs.

Loved the complimentary breakfast! Wished there was a fan of some sort for the room. Our plane got in too late and we didn’t know there was a hot tub until the morning. Love that it had a hot tub even though we didn’t get to experience it. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

I was super impressed with this hotel! I have stayed in many and have never had a dinner buffet WITH alcoholic drinks included in the room price. When the front desk attendant told me this perk was included, I was shocked in such a good way! The included breakfast buffet was also delicious with good quality food and lots of variety. The rooms were also much more spacious than normal and very clean. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again in the future.
