The hotel was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. The beds were filthy and the stench of the rooms were unbearable. It smells like wet mold throughout that whole place. Staff didn't seem like they cared about being there. This place is horrible.

Its not what they show online woth the pictures. Room is Filthy. Tub is Filthy, breakfast is a complete joke. Staff is not personable act like they dont want to even help you. Room smells completely like cigarettes is just horrible experience, Will not be going back EVER! Dont waste time or money going there. Not worth your lack of confort

This place looks like it was condemed at one point the bathroom in my room had old toothpaste on floor and hair everywete the tub hadnt been clean. The pool was green and gross the hot tub was shut down. The elevator had nothing saying it was recently inspected and felt very unsafe. The breakfast was a joke powdered donuts and cereal and they charged me $50 to much yuck expedia needs to take this hotel pff their suggestions asap

The pictures displayed on the website do not match the actuality. Rooms were extremely dirty. Carpets was burnt and not vacuumed. This hotel is also currently renting rooms by the week.

The bathroom was dirty. When we got there there was a long hair in the toilet, and little hairs in the sink. You could hear everything through the walls. There were stains on the floor in the hallways. Breakfast wasn’t great and they ran out of things.

Our room had multiple stains on the floor and crumbs from the previous occupants. The facilities itself had open windows leading to the roof in the stairwell, broken outlets, and appliances. On top of the cleanliness the door to our room would not shut all the way unless hardly pulled shut. Thanks to our unsecured door WE FOUND A RANDOM MAN in our room and staff seemed to not care about our safety when we told them about the incident and asked to change rooms. We had to leave early and stay at a friend's house because we no longer felt safe in the hotel despite our new room.

This building is so run down it should just be demolished. Staff was uncaring, rooms and hallways smelled like smoke, stains everywhere, I won’t even bother going on. We left a day early it was so bad.

I got to hotel late which didn't seem to be a problem I didn't turn on lights and fell right to sleep woke in morning to find what appears to be blood or other fluids all over the room and when I checked out and spook to management I couldn't even get a refund for the bad room or service the manager was rude miserable and called me and outright liar...have photos of broken shower, and stains...won't let me load them at the moment...

This hotel was very deceiving in the description as well as the pictures and that amenities available for use upon arrival before booking the room I asked if the pool is available after I've returned any of my son went up to the pool we found a notice that the pool was under maintenance and it's stay like that the whole time of our stay, the people at the front desk were very rude and nobody seemed to know what was going on or be able to help in any way they all just kept saying the man who would be in tomorrow and then the manager would not come in there would be lines of people at the front desk with complaints. Also there is no hot tub or spa whatever they listed it as. As well as the breakfast is really bad it's not even worth getting up for.

This place needs major updates and repairs.
The staff was friendly however the building needs some major repair. The toilet seat was broken off one side, the sink faucet was loose, the tub faucet and handles had broken drywall around them, the carpet was threadbare, the air conditioner didn't work (even set at 60 it was still hot in the room. The main hallway was always dirty or had big puddles of water sitting in the middle of the floor. The room only had a half roll of toilet paper and one towel. The continental breakfast was almost gone by 8 am and completely gone by 9 when the hours were from 6-9, many guests came down and couldn't get anything to eat.

Hotel should close down! Pool was closed down. People were screaming and yelling in the hallways all night. Police were called in. They would not even grant an extended check out team even though screaming and banging went on well past z3:00 a.m. Despicable!!

The hotel had many "rules" that were not stated anywhere online. Had i known about these "rules" i would not have stayed here. The rooms were outdated and not convenient..there were barely any outlets to plug in my charger and laptop. I had a room eitn 2 queen sized beds...there was 1 nightstand in the room. The door to my room was pretty hard to get in t; which required a bit of force to get the "stuck" door to open. Also had to use force to get the door to close all the way..which was very loud, annoying, and embarrassing.

wasn’t bad wasn’t good. main thing was the cleanliness, the carpets and bed frames immediately caught my attention as both have stains and grime all over. that’s not including the hair i found in the bathroom/towels. the staff was fair. the hotel itself has so much potential but it being hospitality you’d expect a clean room.

Prices are expensive for the quality you actually get, staff is very hard to get ahold of as they constantly are outside smoking or on their phone, and not the nicest people if their screen time gets interuppted because to need to check in or get your key card fixed, ac doesnt really work from the 2nd floor to the 5th floor, always loud, constantly smells like cigarettes and weed, rooms/bathrooms are terrible, stains everywhere, beds are awful.
