First time in Grand Rapids! We were here for a wedding! It was a nice hotel. The only “issue” that was faced was with the parking garage. The parking garage was confusing on how to attend the basement parking garage since the main garage was full. But once it was figured out it was no issue.

Decent and clean property. Our room faced the road and from 11p-1a some kind of car or motorcycles revving engines outside at the intersection was annoying. Recommend the back side of hotel (river side)

All the front desk concierge are incredibly friendly and welcoming!! We loved everything about our stay here our view was perfect we were very happy with our room and the amenities including pool/ hot tub, bistro/ Starbucks and tennis courts were a perfect additions for us. Parking was easy to find and conveniently located. It was also hands down the best sleep we’ve ever had in a hotel. Overall a wonderful stay we cannot wait to go back!

Great stay the Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Grand Rapids. The staff was amazing from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. We stayed here the night of our wedding because we wanted a wonderful experience and that’s exactly what we received. Very professional and friendly. They helped us with all our needs and even went above and beyond. Will definitely come back and we truly appreciate how wonderful the staff was the entire time. Star and Melanie and everyone else was amazing.
