This property is in a great location! Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a great restaurant just across the parking lot where the food was really good. Not far from the airport, not far from Meijer Gardens, or the Historic District.

Nice Hotel

Very happy with this Hotel, we have stayed there many times before. Pillows could be of better quality but I had my own so no big deal. Other than that, it's usually a very nice place to stay.

Great stay, accomidating for a tired traveler

I had to come to the area becasue my father in law fell in his home and was takent to a hospital near by. I did not want to stay downtown Grand Rapids as the cost of parking is insane. I found the Comfort Inn, made my reservation and checked in. The staff was great, the room was updated, clean and had working TV (the one in Big Rapids needs an update). The staff went and got me breakfast (even though it was over) because I was at the hospital late for his emergency surgury. A very sweet african American gal who was cleaning went to the back to get me yogurt, granolla bars and a banana. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed our stay here. Very comfortable and clean. My only complaint would be the traffic noise. The staff were great and the breakfast was pretty good. Hot food as well as the continental BF. I would definitely recommend highly.

This is not a fancy place (It's called Country Inn for a reason). It's casual but clean with a very professional and friendly staff. The rooms are modern and clean. My room was quiet. I could hear the guy in the room next to me slightly but he was talking very loudly. The breakfast buffet is complete. Everything you could ask for. Coffee is string and rich flavored. The location is good if you have a car. It's not close to shopping so consider that. Parking lot is big enough.
