Surprise Visit with Family

Great stay! Clean, convenient area, and staff was outstanding. Breakfast was always stocked, hot and tasty. The pool area was clean and plenty of towels. Comfortable beds. Great options for dining, shopping and gas close by. The lobby was so cozy and the perfect place for a visit with family. They even turned on the fireplace for us.

Although the stay and staff were fine, make sure you book only for the amount of time you plan to stay. I made an emergency trip and did not have to stay as long as I booked. Would not refund for the nights I did not stay. Extremely disappointed in that.

Not impressed..boiled sausage and no coffee.

Understaffed at check in. 1 full size pillow and 2 half pillows per bed??? Very disappointed with that. Not even enough for 2 people to sleep comfortably. No breakfast or even coffie till 7am!? Had a full house of tired dance parents and staff cant even make coffee!? Breakfast was gross when it did finally come out. Boiled sausage!? Gross. Management/owners need to get it together.

Would stay again!

We travel quite a bit and rarely see room service anymore. Once you check in, the room is untouched until you leave despite how many days you stay. Not even 24 hours being here and staff snuck in to empty trashes and provide clean towels, supplies. I appreciate the little things!

Stayed another week for work. Breakfast was the same thing several days in a row this week. Coffee was cold in the lobby, initially. Waited for more. The pillows are not comfortable at all- bring your own! Overall I will stay here again I am quite sure. There were big flies in my room though, which was odd - it was December!
