There was no linens on the fold out couch. I had requested 2 double beds and got 1 bed and a foldout couch( very uncomfortable) which had no linens just a mattress. The location was less than desirable with many comparable hotels/motels closer to the airport

This is a no frills hotel 2-3 stars, so don’t expect a 5 star experience. The place is always clean and pretty quiet despite being right off I 70. If you just need a basic and clean place to sleep, then this hotel works. There is a restaurant attached and a fuel station for convenience. Beds not the most comfy, but are clean. Our room was missing the smoke detector because the hotel has strict no smoking policy, so likely a previous guest removed it because we found the detector damaged and in a drawer. All in all it’s an ok hotel for short stay.

Facility okay; staff & policy needs improving.
It took an hour, and finally a call to the manager to get the room we reserved (w/a roll-in shower for my husband's disability). The restaurant would not deliver a meal to the room for my husband while I was away at an event. Once we got established in the room, we were satisfied, but the hotel needs to train its staff better.

Dont stay here.
We stayed 8 nights got no bath matt or extra towels even after requesting them. The beds was okay but i had to clean the room before we could stay there. There was dog feces everywhere outside. The outside on the backside always had overflowing trash and smelled bad. They advertise onsite laundry but it doesnt work. I cleaned it when we left as well and for some reason they kept part of our deposit.

Spider webs, back of the bathroom door was scratched up, walls were dirty. empty bottles next to bed.. the floor turned our feet black.. cigarettes everywhere and trash. We left early and found another place.

Room was in bad repair. Floorboards falling off, showercurtian rod was falling away from the wall, 2 lights in the bathroom did not work or wewe burned out. Three of the shower stool feet were dry rotted and falling off. The bed was lumpy and a spiders nest was visable in the main room ar the edge of the celing

Not really happy that the reserved price of $109 went up to $150 when we checked in? They did not honor the hotel.com price. Could have stayed at a nicer place. Makes it hard to travel on a budget when there are surprise expenses. Would not stay again.
