I really like it was quiet, and I have stayed with you before. It has felt safe every time. One thing that was not the norm was the front desk person was a little short with me when I first arrived and asked about early check in. Mostly it was a great stay as always.

Generally the room and bed were very good. Bathroom should have a regular light switch . . . it only had a timer/heat lamp turn switch that took a little getting used to. Towels and bedding were exceptional.

The rooms are definitely in need of a renovation. Stained sink and tub and the heater produced an unbearable smell when turned on.

We booked a "fully accessible" room, the room they claimed was that, was NOT wheelchair accessible. They said "Well it's not our fault, we didn't build it"...okay, but you work there and are listing it as such. Definitely will not be back.

Property was dingy and dirty. Outdated paint and room decor. Dark hallways. No mention of pool closed when reservation was made. Didnt feel safe in room. Can hear neighbors in room next door to us.
