My door to my room didn't lock. I told the staff 4 different times. The third time the maintenance guy came up with me and looked at it. He said it was a.dead battery and went to get the tools to change it. We were.leaving for dinner. He assured me that he would make sure my room was locked up when he was done. Came back to an unlocked room. Told him again and nothing
