Lobby was a little messy, floor needed swept. Associate seemed unsure about rooms as she stated she had just arrived for work. Breakfast staff was not very welcoming as we were not really welcomed or asked if we needed any assistance at any time. Pool was not ready when it was supposed to be open and the water was freezing cold as well. Hot tub was very relaxing even with so many people in it because the pool was too cold for everyone. Overall a nice room for 1 night stay and bed was comfortable to sleep.

WiFi broke. Both pools heaters broke and freezing. Outdoor spa totally closed. Indoor spa not heating. Ice machines broke. No restaurant attached even though shows online. Rooms were neat but very small. Told that no compensation due to it being an amenities problems. You pick a hotel based on amenities especially traveling with young children.

The hot tub wasn’t very hot. Unfortunately we were there due special Olympics. Lots of kids in hot tub . The ice machine outside our door was broken. Our room floor was still wet from carpet cleaning. No window for fresh air- with wet carpet.

It was surprised how nice this was given the fact their rates were lower than surrounding hotels. Breakfast was pretty good. The room was comfortable. The staff was helpful. The pool and recreation areas are really nice.

The hotel is a clean but older property. It is well maintained. Be careful if when booking your room it says it has a roll in shower. Unless you are handicapped and need a roll in shower, you won't want this.

The reception desk staff were efficient, friendly, and helpful. At the time I was checking in the staff was dealing with IT issues. They completed the check-in process without losing their cool and treating each guest graciously.
