The hotel service is good and staffs are friendly. But the system did not work well. I booked three night and I requested to check out one day earlier and get one day refunded. Both the hotel and hotel.come agreed. But I did not get the refund until I have to call both of two parties again after I flight back home.

Our Go-To place to stay in Hastings.
This is our GO-TO place to stay in Hastings. Friendly staff and good breakfast. On this trip I was disappointed by the fact that our room was never cleaned during our stay. This sign in the room stated it would be cleaned every other day but that didn't happen. Will I continue to stay here? Sure, but I will make it clear that I receive housekeeping as expected.

Be mindful of what the front desk is charging you!! I was charged an extra $437 when I checked in. Still waiting on the refund to show it's even in process. Other than that very big hiccup, everything was amazing! Breakfast was great, rooms were comfy and clean, and everyone at the front desk was lovely! I would definitely stay again!
