Nice hotel, good location
This hotel is right next to the Alerus centre, and easily accessible from the I-29. Plenty of parking and check-in was a breeze. The staff was very kind, polite and helpful. breakfast hours were from 7-11am on the Sunday and it was very good, lots of options. The pool area wasn't anything special but was perfect for a quick dip and soak in the hot-tub. The room was simple but nice for four of us. The only cons were that there was a family with kids next door and we could hear them running/playing/yelling at all hours. The other thing was that we found a weird squishy ball wedged between the mattress and box-spring. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay!

We absolutely love this hotel! Whenever we stay in Grand Forks we always stay here! Charlee was super nice and accomodating! The room was clean and temperature was perfect. Great hotel!
