Rooms are spacious, good choices at breakfast, comfy beds! There is only maid service every 3 days so we were emptying our own garbages and tracking down staff for more toilet paper, towels etc, guess that is the norm now!

Carpet needs replacing badly, I didn’t feel comfortable taking my shoes off. The rest of the room was very clean, dated but clean. They don’t use duvet covers, they put flat sheets on top of the down comforters instead? Different but okay lol. Hotels in Grand Forks are expensive, I was expecting a more updated room for how much I paid. Fine but not super great.

This property was convenient to the freeway. It was a little old and run down in places. We had poop in our toilet when we got into our room! We also had several bugs in our room. As well as hair in the bathroom. The breakfast was decent. The highlight was the hot tubs and pools! Friendliness of staff varied from disgruntled to nice. There was lots of noise out in the parking lot outside of our room that woke us up very early, even though we had asked to be in a quiet area.
