Hi there, Decent size room, decent pool, close to shopping. Just side note, I stayed at the hotel and it began leaking inside the room around the window area. We discussed the issue with the front desk and it was explained by staff other rooms have this issue and leak also. I’ve never been to a hotel where it rains inside the room but now I have. A few raindrops hitting the framing around the window woke me up around around 5:30am. I hope you are able to eventually fix the issue.

Our room 122 felt damp and humid. The a/c unit seemed to struggle cooling off the room until the temp was turned almost as low as it would go. I forgot to tell front desk staff about it when I checked out on Tuesday morning.

The one small elevator and the extremely cold and small pool definitely affected the rating for me. Breakfast was quite minimal. Room was very clean but old.

While I definitely had to overpay to stay here (in town for Zach Bryan concert), it was clean and comfortable. Would I stay here paying that much again? Not if I had a choice. Checking online for their usual price of around 100$ CAD, that seems more in line with what it's worth vs what I paid which was 260$.

The pool was not appealing. Very heavily chlorinated. The breakfast, while Saturday morning had more items, was clearly powdered eggs. Food was not appealing at all. Room was clean, staff - when available, were pleasant. Being a Friday evening, it was noisy and you could hear the people the floor above, walking around late into the night.

Stinky. Stuffy and Noisy
We reserved a two night stay to move our daughter in to college at UND. When we got to the room, it was hot and stuffy. The air conditioning didn't work very well unless you turned it to the lowest temperature. Second, the room stunk. We complained. While we were out to dinner, we think someone came in a sprayed febreeze. That just made it worse. Also, when we returned from dinner, all of the parking spots were taken. We had to park in another hotel's lot, a block away. Third, when the air conditioning compressor did come on every 2 minutes or so, it was loud enough to wake my wife up. She didn't sleep at all. We checked out a day early and went to a different hotel. We asked for a refund for the second night, but they first said no, then said they would contact us later...so far, nothing but crickets.

Good value for what I paid. Beds were comfy and room was clean. Appreciated the mini fridge! Only complaint was the parking was limited and it was difficult to find spots in the evening.
