Our room was run down and not clean, please see attached pictures. We arrived 30 minutes early and told our room was still being cleaned, came back 35 minutes later and miraculously it was ready. There was no housekeeping cart near our room in that entire time. There was no where to hang a towel by the bathroom sink. All the windows were single pane so it was freezing even with the heat set to 75. Please see attached photos

Our suite was fabulous! Roomy and comfy. Loved that it is dog friendly, and they had a great space for walking your pup too. Suggest better lighting in that areaat night. Overall it was a great stay!

Checkin process was smooth, staff was courteous, room was clean and comfy. But Breakfast service was really lacking. Breakfast was supposed to be 7-10 if I recall. We went down at roughly 8:30-9 and almost everything was gone- no oats, no milk, no coffee, no eggs, no batter in pancake machine. The kitchen looked very understaffed, just on person trying to refill all this. Many guests were waiting impatiently. If this is the typical experience for guests I would not come back here.

Our stay was great! We love Sonesta in Flagstaff and have stayed there often. The only complaint we have was that the refrigerator was very loud. We initially thought it was noise being made by someone outside, but then realized the popping and banging noise was from the fridge!

2 bedroom unit- don’t stay here
Maybe they thought this place was clean but I certainly did not . The arms of the sofa couch were completely frayed or chewed up. The carpet was full of stains. My kids were barefoot and their feet were black. Disgusting! One of the toilet seats had a big chip in it. How much does it cost to replace a toilet seat ? I’m sure all of these units need a major remodel . All I can say is the bed was decent.

This suite is extremely outdated. The sofa is sagging and old, really cant sit on it. Doghairs as well. The furniture has been chowed down (by dogs?) View on the airconditioning units outside (although many rooms available..) receptionist nice and after the required logs were not available, got some in and gave us one. It wouldnt burn..but nice gesture. Not her fault😀 Not a good place to stay for the $$$
