Location is great. The property provides everything that you need and everything is new. There’s a pool, hot tub, fire pit area, outdoor games, and a gym. It’s convenient on a major road with restaurants and stores near by. It’s walking distance 2 minutes to convenience store, liquor store, ice cream shop, sandwich shop, Dennys restaurant, and another restaurant. It’s also right off the major highway. Theres a bar and snacks available. There’s is an indoor seating area that have board games you can play as well. There’s ample parking too.

Front desk staff-above and beyond!
I am very thankful to the front desk staff who assisted me with printing and scanning some documents I had to sign for work. I do have a suggestion: please have the cleaning staff turn off the lights and bathroom fan/light on rooms they clean. They left the bathroom fan on-for the room next to mine, and I had to listen to that buzzing for hours.

This hotel was very clean and spacious, we stayed in the 1 King bed bedroom and it was very nice, the bed was comfortable and my boyfriend thought the pillows were comfy, and I personally enjoyed that the shower got super hot. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and there was free parking as well. I will definitely be staying again when we are back up in Flagstaff!

Hotel seems brand new. Simple hotel. Beautiful outdoor area to hang around at. Bar was simple, too shelf drinks you could get at the grocery’s store for $25 , so I didn’t even want that. They did have beer on tap which was good. $5 poppi sodas, but $2 Claritin tablet. So prices are all over the place. Over all, employees were great. Beds were uncomfy , hurt my body. Shower was only one way in, only one door slid open the other was glued onto the wall. I liked the fact that they had shampoo conditioner and shower gel dispensers in the showers already and also soap and lotion for the sink, very convenient. Doors slammed loudly. Had a family of 5 including a 2 year old, furniture had glass on top, no good for her as she hit her head so many times. We travel so much and have been to maybe 10 hotels this year. This hotel is a goodie. Oh they also had coffee and parfaits and such for purchase. No free breakfast. Plenty of exits so you don’t always have to see the front desk or lobby prior to leaving or entering.

Okay for a 1 night stay
There is no closet which for a 3 day stay was challenging. We are use to the convenience of a free breakfast but didnt notice when i booked that this was not provided here which was an inconvenience also. Staff was nuce except for the gentleman working at 2am that was talking so loud we could hear him in our room, and woke us up. We had to get up and go ask him to lower his voice.

The check in staff wasn’t welcoming, and the space in the bathroom was too tight. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. It’s missing space to put away your things and a bedside table would be nice on the other side of the bed. It’s OK for a one night stay.
