Sadly, though the price is amazingly cheap, the rooms have been allowed to deteriorate to the point where it feels nasty. Broken tile that is so poorly repaired, you might as well shower in an auto garage. Sheets that do not fit the bed and not even adequate to the season, I froze. Water was off for a period too. The service people were nice but I do not understand companies that allow their real estate to depreciate so badly that it becomes a third world experience for their customers. I won’t be back.

Great sheets, warm heating, hot water & great pressure! Laundry facilities are small but easy to use. Close to wal mart so very convenient for affordable buys. Does the job so Recommend!

The entry door stuck; it had to be forced open every time I went in or out. The card entry battery was pretty dead; when I complained that I was having a hard time with my card, she said it was probably a low battery, but no effort was made to fix it and I had to go to the office at least three or four times to get help to open the door.

Old dirty rooms and bathrooms. A lot of noise by the employee with a cleaning cart by the hotel aisles. No amenities and its not a cheap hotel. Only stay there for last minute decision of staying up in Flagstaff.

The staff was great, but the room was extremely outdated and overdo for renovations. The drain guard was completely out in the shower, the sink was clogged, toilet ran constantly, bathroom door didnt shut. And the shower curtain was literally being hung by actual paperclips.

Guest service agent careless, and unhelpful
When I asked to extend my stay yesterday early (6:30 am) morning for one night I ask the older palm colored man at the front desk if I can have towels, he reached behind the counter and put two towels on the counter like it was problem. i told him I couldn’t take them cause we were leaving for a tour —— he left the towels on the counter and after I paid, I said “ can you please have someone take the towels upstairs and take out the trash, I personally don’t think I should have to take the towels back upstairs as a paying customer also”… he said he would. I said, I’ll be gone for most of the day so they will have plenty of time, no rush ! Came back, no new towels, no new cups, trash over flown. Pile of used towels still on the floor. I paid for each night( 3) and it’s really disheartening that the guy blatantly ignored my request and didn’t even try to meet our needs. I asked polite. All I wanted is to come back after a long day to empty trash cans and new towels. I’ve never stay anywhere where they don’t at least take out the trash. Even if the guest are staying another night. I also only described him as a white guy cause I don’t know his name, and he is also the one at the front desk as I am typing this. The guy that checked us in on the first night was very nice and helpful though.
