It was close to where I was & the reviews and photos seemed positive; so, 200.$ later I enter the room and it stinks of some kind of cleaner, so bad that I leave the door open and turn on the noisy bathroom fan to help circulate air & reduce smell. Notice paint or something on floor so get a damp cloth to clean and realize the ‘wood’ floor is rather filthy! Get clean wipes (sanitizing) from my car and clean the floor space! Dang, 200$ and this is what you receive. Property entirely neglected. Cannot access wifi. No fridge in rooms. Dismal, ‘will never stay @ a motel 6 again! Rather sleep in my car!

Nice hot shower!
We arrived after 6pm and the front desk clerk had to go check our room to see if it had been cleaned. I told him that it said online that we could check in anytime after 3pm. He told me that the cleaning crew was way behind. The shower was amazing (must have been upgraded recently) after a long day at the Grand Canyon. The water pressure was good and temp was good. The bathroom door looked like someone tried to put their fist through it. The bed was awful! One side of the bed was so saggy, that you felt like you were going to fall off. One of the pillows was ok, but the other one was awful (it was beyond trying to fluff). The towels didn't feel clean. The bed sheets had traces of hair on them (that was not ours). The a/c worked well. The hard (fake) wood floors were nice and clean. Ice machine was great, but $180 for a box with hot water is unacceptable.

There's a reason it's cheaper than other places. Not much was supplied in the room. Only hand soap is supplied. No little shampoo, conditioner, lotion bottles supplied. No coffee machine with amenities. No hair dryer unless you ask the front desk staff. No Kleenex. One small pillow for each guest. The staff was fine really. Courteous. Room is pretty small. Exterior door didn't secure tightly. Though it did lock. Felt unsafe. Spend a few dollars and get all the amenities elsewhere. It's worth it.

Room was.in need of maintenance. Linens were old and torn. Worst of all though the HVAC on blew warm to hot air though the thermostat was set as cold as possible. Finally had to open the door to the outside to cool the room. Staff was appreciative that I told them.

No bang, more buck!
Linen was stained or not changed in between occupants on one bed, the other bed had dirty top blanket and brown ynder blanket. Luckily the ac did not work, (It was on but no cold air at all) so sleeping with just sheets was more than ok. There was food and trash on floor. Not big pieces but crumbs and wrappers throughout room. The window did not open. Really stuffy. On the other hand, the bathtub was big, deep, and relaxing after my hunny cleaned it. The beds were not bed either as far as comfortable goes. And i have to say the gentleman working the bight window last night was great. Very helpful, respectful, and welcoming. I paid $135 through hotels.com and i feel i got ripped off for that price.

no ac. false advertising.
THERE IS NO AC!!! My room was 80 degrees and no way to cool it aside from leaving my door open. This is because the hotel does not offer ac when the outside air is below a certain temperature REGARDLESS OF ROOM TEMPERATURE. I literally had to sleep with the door open. Hotels.com would not refund me my money. I have a video of the staff saying there is no way to cool down my room. I was still not offered a refund.

Booked a room, for family weekend, the room was so hot we woke up drenched in sweat. Next door neighbors complained of it being hot in their rooms as well. Went up to staff to complain, she put us on a maintenance list. Went back up to ask if they had other rooms, she sent maintenance. He was nice told us it was snowing week before so they turned on heater. He gave us a fan that we had to use to cool our room down by leaving our door open which was in the parking lot adjacent to a major street near down town. Booked an extra room hoping that one was cooler, nope hot as hell in that one too. Front desk peoples customer service could use a reminder that without people checking into the hotel they wouldn’t have a job. Don’t waste your money here.

Needed a place to sleep late at night didn’t want to pay a lot so this was fine bed was nice and clean room was clean it was quiet and I felt safe. Air conditioner did not work great but it was in the 50’s so I just opened the door to cool the room a couple of times , don’t expect luxury it’s a motel it has the minimum but it was clean and had clean towels and soap.
