Sadly, our experience at this hotel was disappointing, during our recent family trip. During our stay, we encountered three significant issues with little to no support from the staff: 1. In one of the rented rooms, the bed sheet appeared to have a blood stain. We reported the issue to the front desk, and their response was to simply hand us another sheet to replace it ourselves. 2. In the same room, during the second night, we found four cockroaches. We requested assistance, and while we were told that a staff member would come to inspect the room, it took multiple calls and nearly an hour before the front desk employee, in a rude manner, just handed us a key to move to another room. 3. The hotel was clearly overbooked. At breakfast, 30 minutes before the scheduled closing time, there was no food or coffee available. This was very disappointing.

Did their advanced check-in on-line. When I arrived they told me that they weren't getting them and I had to check-in again. Room only had 3 towels and 2 washcloths for a 3 night stay with 2 people. When I called the desk they told me that I had to come to the desk and get them; they would not deliver. Bathroom sink had broken stopper. Shower door wouldn't stay closed. Very young children were allowed in the jacuzzi, which basically makes it a toilet. Pillows were inconsistent and terribly uncomfortable. We should have gone nextdoor to Walmart and bought some. Only 2 hangers provided in closet. One-and-done for me.

The staff was polite and professional. The floor in the room looked like a child colored with a black marker. The tv remote had no cover and the floor lamp had a broken prong on the plug. The room cost me double what I paid for the same amount of days in Prescott. The room in Prescott was 10 times nicer at a better price.

The hotel was clean and staff was very kind. We had a nice view of the San Francisco peaks and new years fire works. Water pressure was great and the bed was comfortable. My only tick was that the breakfast wasn’t ideal, but the waffles were decent. Definitely a good price for what you get.

Not a great stay. Booked for 5 people only two queen beds provided. Had to buy inflatable mattress. Asked for extra bedding for inflatable and hotel staff put on ground outside my door. Disgusting. Breakfast was cold and burnt.

Front desk tried to charge me twice for the same room when i arrived. The room tv doesn’t work and getting a tech was a mission and he disappeared? The phone was missing the handle to make any calls and no staff to be found in the front desk . This place used to be good but i guess in time things change
