There was no hot water in the shower or tub. I paid extra for a room with a jacuzzi tub, but it was worthless because there was no hot water!!

Disappointing

It's an old hotel so I didn't expect it to be modernized but glad I was only there for one night. Poor lighting in room, ineffective heating and a musty smell. The only outlet I could find to charge my phone was behind the head of the bed so I had to pull the bed away from the wall. Never again.

Beautiful party hotel

Great staff, beautiful hotel. I didn’t know on the second floor we would hear the basement bar partying til midnight. We were fine and slept anyways. But I would not recommend if you have a baby.

Fun. Bar is fantastic. The Irish coffees are to die for. Staff is nice. Hotel is obviously historic. It’s fun though and you might get a haunted room. WiFi is brutal.

Great location and bar. Terrible everything else

It’s a loud property. Between street noise and the DJ that was playing we didn’t get to sleep till 2am. The bass was so loud from the DJ that it vibrated our bed. Bar and bar staff is amazing. Drinks are great. Location is great. Bed is terrible. Pillows are terrible. Curtains are terrible at blocking light. I guess it depends what you’re looking for.

This historic hotel is quaint, walkable to the entire Downtown, and has a vibe that makes it truly special among Flagstaff's many lodgings. The downstairs bar is alive with people and character.

An affordable stay in a historic hotel

A very reasonablly priced stay, shared bathroom but never a queue and not far from the room. I happened to have my slippers with me on this trip which was useful. Very centrally located with several bars inside the hotel. Friendly and helpful receptionist when we needed to call our car rental company and couldn't work the room phone (I think you just need to dial slower for it to work). It was a Friday night so noise was loud in the room when going to bed (but we had anticipated this) and I slept fine with ear plugs in. There was more parking spaces than we thought would be there so that was good, but had to go round the block a few times to actually find the entrance to the lot

Brick-Stupid Management Forgot Customers Sleep

The Elegant Cocktail Bar on the first floor blasts club music until 1 or 2AM. When I called down to ask what was going on, I was offered cheap ear plugs. I am shocked to the point of amusement that these people believe this is okay.

This is an old motel. Don’t expect modern amenities and you won’t be disappointed. Our beds were good, bar downstairs was noisy until 2 am! Lots of boutiquey places to visit on foot.

This property is not fancy, there are no amenities, the shower in our room was about the size of an RV shower and we booked a king-size room. There was no bathtub, nothing fancy at all. What you are paying for is the atmosphere and location of this hotel. This is a historic hotel with charm, it takes you back in time and allows you to experience Flagstaff back in the day. I stay here because of the coffee bar/ cocktail lounge Rendezvous! The cocktails and coffee are incredible, I love the Whiskey Chai. The staff is very nice and the star room where you can sit and drink your coffee/cocktail is enchanting. I just love it! The hotel staff is hit and miss, the person who checked us in was not friendly, and she continued to be not very accommodating throughout our stay, however, the second day when I went to request a room change due to an issue with the shower in my room, the hotel staff was very helpful and accommodated our room change. I recommend calling the hotel when you book and asking for what kind of room you are looking for, do you need a bathtub, do you need a large room or are you okay with a smaller room? Each room is very unique and they do not show you what you are booking when you book online. I do recommend this place, it's great, you just have to know what you are booking when you book it.

Never ever go on new year eve!! I think every person in Flagstaff was in the bar downstairs. Bed was comfortable. Loved the pillows.
