I paid over $300 for 1 night for a "motel like" room. It was far away from the pool. We actually had to go into other buildings to find it. For the price, it definitely wasn't worth it.

The property in the hotel were clean and inviting there was a lot of things to do. It was very close to the entrance to the Grand Canyon. The only thing is the building we were in did not have have an elevator had a carrier luggage up the stairs being on a very long vacation we had a lot of things with us, and this was our longest stop along the way. The pool, the game arcade the s’mores at night the restaurant everything was excellent. The bar was very nice. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

This is a great place to stay if you are visiting Grand Canyon and have children with you. There are swimming pools, a game arcade, bowling lanes, and kids eat for free! We had three grand children with us and they loved the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfy beds. The breakfast was a good buffet. Service was excellent in all areas of the hotel; professional and friendly; very nice staff. It seems very newly renovated and nice lobby, bar area.

Really enjoyed the games room on site - this is great to have since there isn't a lot in the area to do once you're done hiking etc. Appreciated that there was tea/coffee in the lobby available - this is a nice touch and is easier than needing to find where to get some in the town. Room overall was nice. Would not recommend using the coffee maker - there was hair stuck in the filter where coffee drips out unsure how that gets there let alone get it out! Bedding and towels were clean. Staff were overall very good but we did find service really was dependent on who was working that shift (speed, answering questions etc.) Pools were nice and clean, great spot with lots of room. Dining was decent for the area, I had dinner there and it was overall good, slightly pricey but likely similar to other hotels/spots in the town. Did not have breakfast but it did look good. Very convenient for the Grand Canyon and easy to get around. Ample parking right but the room, which is also great. Definitely recommend staying here and I would stay here again.

Hotel was very nice, clean spacious room and nice pool and other amenities. No breakfast included although kids could eat free (however we did not receive this benefit either when we had dinner there with our grandchildren, 7 and 11). The food services available were very understaffed, and very long waits for a seat were common. I can see how the remoteness of this place could make staffing a challenge but when you travel as a family, food and sleep are quite important. This lovely place didn’t deliver a good experience in the food dept. The staff tried really hard but they were in a terrible spot because there weren’t nearly enough of them. I’ve been there, done that and know when a place hasn’t staffed up appropriately.
