Staff was kind and helpful. Enjoyed the self serve convenience store. Indoor swimming pool was great. Some dislikes: During our stay there was a alot of renovation going on, not sure how long more it will be, but equipment and room furniture were laying in the hallways. It was an inconvenience to walk from room to main building since you would have to walk outside in the cold. Hotel restaurant food was average, not worth the price. Overall stay was ok, didn’t feel like a resort just a regular hotel.

A lot of the restaurants on the property are super expensive. And not worth going out to eat. The restaurant inside the hotel was the best experience we had. I’d recommend staying there and eating.

Nice facility. Only complaints: Pub was very underwhelming food. Service was also non-existent. Also, If you are planning on a good night of quiet sleep...look elsewhere. Both nights we had to ask people outside our window to party somewhere else. Walls were paper thin.

The stay was ok.. The hotel has some cool amenities for families and appreciated that. There was one glaring service problem that would probably lead us to not stay there again. We needed to utilize the pull-out couch and roll-away bed for our 3 boys and hotel RAN OUT OF PILLOWS… Can’t say I’ve heard of a hotel not having enough pillows for their guests but yup, ran out… Nothing like sleeping on a back pack stuffed with a coat and hooded sweatshirt! lol

Amazing experience. Great room, great property with amazing amenities. Complimentary s’mores for 2 hours every night, complimentary Starbucks coffee in the lobby, coffee machine in the room w hot chocolate for the kid, pool was awesome, big hot tub indoor (too cold for outdoor). Staff was great. Food was great. Prices were great. Only odd thing was they wanted us to pay for jukebox music while we were bowling and in the arcade, and it only took cash, so we bowled in silence. That was odd, but still…BOWLING in the hotel! And very reasonably priced. I’m telling everyone about this place and only 14 min drive to the GC entrance.

The property was beautifully decorated with the Christmas lights the game rooms and bowling room is an extra touch for a nice family time after the grand canyon adventure , love the small distance that takes to the grand canyon. Wonderful Time
