The hotel has so many amenities, but best of all the pool is indoors, only downfall is the size and the deepest is like 4 feet (perfect for kids). The breakfast included eggs, meats, oatmeal and pancakes. The bathroom towels could be softer. I liked that we had 2 options for pillows (soft and firm). I’d stay here again.

Only ding I have is the signage to find the property was poor and google maps just had us going in circles through residential neighborhoods. Other than that and the snow that happened mid April, love the property!

The pool heater was broken so the pool was cold. There was black mold growing on the walls entering the pool area and the mold could be smelled in the main foyer and first floor hallway. We complained and they washed the walls with bleach, which doesn't kill mold so it just smelled like moldy bleach. We will not stay here again.

The good: staff was friendly and breakfast in the morning was great. The bad: beds were horribly uncomfortably. The room, bathroom, elevator, and common areas were dirty. Pool was out of service.

The free breakfast was great. The pool heater was broken, but the kids still had fun swimming and enjoying the Jacuzzi. Our only complaint was the pull-out sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable compared to other pull-out beds we have used at other hotels. It was pretty thin and we could feel the springs.
