Bed bugs bit me! DO NOT STAY HERE!

BED BUGS!! This hotel has BED BUGS I WOKE UP WITH BITES DO NOT STAY HERE!! Manager acted like he was going to do something about it but multiple other Google reviews (one from the past month) said they found Bed bugs also!! Absolutely disgusting, old dated unclean rooms also with nasty carpets, smells old & musty.. do not stay here!!

Clean, comfy, and can't beat the value of perks

This hotel was a great family option. You can't beat the deal of getting a free breakfast AND dinner option if you choose. The staff were the friendliest and most caring we've ever encountered at a hotel. In addition to the great service and value, we found everything to be very clean. The beds were adequately comfy, and the shower pressure was great. There were a ton of kids there becit was spring break, but our room was always quiet. I couldn't hear people below or above us, and even the hallway noise was muted. It seems like a well built hotel. It was close enough to walk to plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops, and yet close to the highways. There was plenty of on-site free parking. The food options were adequate and quality was decent. The Kickback food, while good, was geared more towards kids or picky eaters. No complaints there -- it was a great perk. And they give all adults 3 free drinks a day. But none of the food was super exciting or tasty. Overall, highly recommend and I plan to stay at Drury when I can in the future.

Can't wait to come back!

The staff is wonderful! Indoor pool is great. The complimentary happy hour could easily have been dinner, and the breakfast had a lot of options! Had trouble with thermostat but Im sure it was operator error. It is right inside NAU campus and so convenient for all the things we love in Flagstaff. Will be back for sure!
